Working Principle:

  • Rotating Paddle Point Level Switch for Solids are eccentrically controlled movable blades or vanes with spring loaded design. This level switch tends to rotate slowly in every minute by AC synchronous motor.
  • Rotating blades or vanes or paddles can rotate without any hindrance in absence of any material. In such condition, the motor is positioned in its proper position by a spring.
  • Reverse rotation of movable vanes takes place when its spinning is hindered by a material. This interruption generates stress on the spring which is used to hold the motor.
