Working Principle of Capacitance Point Level Switch: - LMC Capacitance Points Level Switch consists of highly sensitive parts that include
- a.Sensing rope or rod depending on application type
- b.Metallic Earth extension tubes
- This static level sensor acts as analogical multiplication of dielectric constant of air (air)1} and probe diameter in case there is no material is present.
- In presence of material, its dielectric constant {(material)>2} is used to multiply the level switch.
- This difference in capacitance value is converted into switching value of limit switch.
