Working Principle:
- As part of the mechanism of this Two Wire Capacitance Continuous Level Transmitter, its probe and metallic tank wall forms capacitance by including C ( residual), C (material) = ε(material) x P x L and C(air)=ε(air) x P x (H-L).
- Wet Calibration methodology is followed to conduct capacitance to level translation.
- For 4mA, this system uses low level capacitance and for 20mA, it uses high level capacitance.
Application:
- Suitable for free flow fluids with even viscosity level (DI/DM water, raw water, oil etc)
- Perfect for top mounting purpose
- Maximum 200 degree C process temperature
- Up to 20 bar of process pressure
- Ideal for corrosion causing fluids
